MSM
MSM is a Customer Relation program which developed for sales department of IBM Turkey by me. I developed MSM using JSF and DB2 technology .In MSM we can search and update our database. We can take excel output. And we can do much more operations. There are some screenshots of MSM below which shows features of MSM.
We can see contacts of selected company and update them.
We can select a specific customer and see informations about it. We can also update customer's informations.
We can select a specific customer and see detailed informations about it such as number of employees.
We can see all of the contacts.
